Senior
When I was a senior in high school, I didn't want the senior photos. At that time, I was already more comfortable behind the camera than in front of it. So, I opted for the obligatory yearbook photo and called it a day. And I regret it. I wish I had of let my mom invest in those senior portraits. If you have a reluctant senior, let me be an encouragement to them to spend the hour capturing who they are in these last few days before adulting sets in! I try to capture your senior's personality just as they are. No forced smiles or awkward poses. My sessions are driven by getting to know a person, asking questions, engaging in conversation and often cracking a few jokes. I'll even let you bring your dog! My goal is that everyone leaves in a better mood than when they arrived. I don't use filters in my editing process. Perhaps it is the photojournalist in me, but my philosophy is that when your grandchildren are admiring these senior portraits years down the road, they will be a true representation of who your senior was in that time and space. Enough babbling, let's get to it! This senior year won't keep!
